The basics of booking with us.
These terms apply to grooming appointments with Mollie's Grooming Hut. Enquiring through our website does not create a booking — an appointment is confirmed only once we reply to agree a time.
Bookings & cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings. We'll always confirm your appointment and send a reminder beforehand.
Your dog's health & welfare
Please tell us in advance about any health conditions, sensitivities, behavioural concerns or matting. We groom at your dog's pace and will never continue if it would cause distress. Severely matted coats may need to be clipped short for welfare reasons; we'll always discuss this with you first.
Pricing
Prices are guided by your dog's size, coat and condition and are confirmed before we begin. Heavily matted or larger coats may take longer and cost a little more — we'll always tell you up front.
Liability
We are fully insured and take great care with every dog. If you have any concerns following an appointment, please contact us straight away so we can put things right.
